Element 25 Says Application for Forfeiture at Western Australian Project Dismissed

Element 25 (ASX:E25) said the application for forfeiture lodged by Cacique Resources over its E63/2027 license in Western Australia was dismissed by the Perth Mining Warden with the matter now resolved, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

The exploration license is located within the company's Lake Johnston project, the filing said.

The application for forfeiture claimed that the company failed to meet the expenditure conditions for the year ending 2023, according to a January filing.

Element 25 shares slid 2% in afternoon trade.
