中国通信服务与中国电信续展协议 建议新年度上限显著上调
财中社10月16日电中国通信服务（00552）发布公告称，公司与中国电信于2024年10月16日签署了2024年补充协议，续展2021年协议的各项持续关联交易，协议期限延长三年，至2027年12月31日。中国电信目前持有中国通信服务约48.99%的股份，是其主要股东，因此相关交易构成持续关联交易。
根据公告，多个服务框架协议的新年度上限被提议显著上调。例如，工程服务框架协议的新年度上限将从2024年的280亿元增加至2027年的340亿元，增幅约为21.43%。末梢电信服务框架协议的新年度上限也将从2024年的280亿元提升至2027年的310亿元，增幅为10.71%。此外，IT应用服务框架协议的新年度上限将从2024年的95亿元提升至2027年的180亿元，增幅达到89.47%。
这些新上限的设定是基于过去几年的交易金额、市场需求预期以及公司未来业务发展的考虑。董事会预计，续展协议将确保公司从中国电信获得稳定的收入来源，有助于未来的增长和发展。
