金吾财讯 | 房多多(DUO)、贝壳(BEKE)盘前走高。房多多暂升15.74%，报1.25美元；贝壳盘前涨势稍逊，暂升5.65%，报20.57美元。消息面上，10月17日，国新办就促进房地产市场平稳健康发展有关情况举行发布会。住建部部长倪虹于发布会上表示，从市场反映看，很多城市、很多项目看房量、到访量明显上升，销售量也有不同程度的增长，房地产的主要指标明显好转。特别是一线城市，10月份以来全线回稳。同时，中国的房地产在系列政策作用下，经过三年的调整，市场已经开始筑底。10月份的数据，会是一个积极乐观的结果。中指研究院研究副总监徐跃进指出，数据上看，全国层面，居民置业意愿有所修复，1—9月新建商品房销售额、销售面积累计同比降幅延续收窄态势。重点城市层面，在9月末支持政策出台后，市场情绪明显好转，国庆假期期间核心城市市场热度较节前提升明显。徐跃进认为，目前核心城市市场“回稳”态势明显，居民置业信心有所恢复，预计短期内新政将继续显效，10月市场销售数据或将出现明显增长，四季度房地产“一揽子”配套政策将加速落实，核心城市市场量价或将筑底企稳，从而对全国市场筑底提供重要支撑，全国新房销售同比降幅也将继续收窄。
