ESR-Logos REIT Enters Loan Facility Agreements

ESR-Logos REIT (SGX:J91U) entered into loan facility agreements with several banks, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The REIT's trustee, Perpetual (Asia), entered into a SG$225.0 million unsecured sustainability-linked term loan facility agreement with CIMB Bank, Malayan Banking, RHB Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking as original lenders.

The facility has a termination date of 48 months after the first utilization date.

The trust also entered into a 15.50 billion yen unsecured term loan facility with Malayan Banking and Mizuho Bank as original lenders. The facility will also expire 48 months after the first utilization date.

Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in recent trading.
