中远海发拟回购最多8000万股，资金来源为专项贷款及自有资金
财中社10月20日电 中远海发（601866/02866）发布回购股份方案，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，数量在4000万股至8000万股，预计回购金额为1.44亿元至2.87亿元，回购价格上限为3.59元/股。资金来源包括中国银行上海分行提供的专项贷款及公司自有资金，回购股份将用于注销并减少注册资本。
本次回购方案需提交股东大会审议，若未通过将无法实施。回购股份的数量占公司总股本的0.29%至0.59%。截至2024年6月30日，公司总资产为1245亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净资产为298.4亿元，回购资金总额上限分别占公司资产总额、净资产及货币资金的比例为0.23%、0.96%和3.19%。
