智通财经APP获悉，周四，优步(UBER.US)开盘后再度走弱，股价已走出四连阴累跌7%，截至发稿，跌2.22%，报80.08美元。消息面上，10月17日，据知情人士称，优步在最近几个月接洽了顾问，探讨收购Expedia的想法，并评估这一交易是否可行。优步讨论的重点之一是优步现任CEO Dara Khosrowshahi在这一交易中应当扮演什么角色，Khosrowshahi曾在2005-2017年间担任Expedia的CEO，并且目前仍是Expedia董事会的非执行董事。
如果成功收购这家近200亿美元的旅游网站，这一交易将成为优步最大的交易。不过，知情人士警告称，优步对收购Expedia的兴趣仍处于非常早期的阶段，目前尚未正式接洽Expedia，也没有进行相关讨论，因此，这一收购可能并不会实现。
