金融界10月17日消息，东江集团控股公布，截至2023年12月31日，公司对五位最高薪酬人士及其他员工授予的股份奖励总计为6,312,009股。其中，五位最高薪酬人士授予的股份为924,279股，其余员工授予股份为5,387,730股。这些股份奖励计划信息是公司补充公布，相关内容并不影响2023年年度报告其他部分的内容。同样，在公司的2024年中期报告中，员工获得的股份奖励减少至5,263,630股。
