优趣汇控股提供4800万元担保 支持上海旭一履行借款协议
财中社10月17日电优趣汇控股（02177）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司优趣汇供应链于2024年10月17日与债权人签署担保协议。根据协议，优趣汇供应链同意提供最高额为4800万元的担保，以确保上海旭一按期履行其借款协议下的还款责任。
此次担保的金额涉及的最高适用百分比率超过5%但少于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守上市规则的相关规定。董事会认为，此次担保将促进优趣汇控股的电子商务业务与上海旭一的线下业务模式的协同发展，并有助于公司在行业内的资源整合与战略布局。
