智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，诺基亚(NOK.US)正在推进其成本削减计划，已在大中华区裁减了近2,000名员工，占该地区员工总数的五分之一，并计划在欧洲再削减350个工作岗位。这一裁员动作是公司为到2026年节省8亿欧元至12亿欧元成本的一部分。诺基亚已向外界证实，正在与欧洲的员工就裁员350人进行磋商，但未对大中华区的裁员情况作出评论。截至2023年12月，诺基亚在大中华区和欧洲分别拥有10,400名和37,400名员工。
作为去年制定的裁员14,000人计划的一部分，诺基亚旨在通过这些措施降低成本。据诺基亚最新公布的财报显示，该公司已在第三季度实现了营业利润增长9%，主要得益于成本削减，但净销售额未达预期，导致股价下跌4%。
诺基亚的发言人表示，公司至今已实现了5亿欧元的总节约，并计划到2026年将员工人数从宣布裁员时的大约86,000人减少到72,000至77,000人之间。目前，诺基亚拥有超过78,500名员工。
首席执行官佩卡·伦德马克在电话采访中向记者保证，公司在削减成本的同时不会牺牲研发成果，并对成本削减的速度表示满意，称其进展甚至略快于原计划。这表明诺基亚在优化成本结构的同时，依然注重长期的发展和创新。
