智通财经APP获悉，大众汽车劳资委员会主席周四在一次内部采访中表示，与大众汽车(VWAGY.US)就计划削减其德国工厂的谈判从一开始就“糟糕透顶”，并将继续“严肃、关键和有争议”。
该委员会表示，“我们还没有进入一种可以被称为谈判的模式。首先，最重要的是数字、数据、事实，以及找到对问题的共识。”
自10月初以来，大众汽车管理层每周都会与德国各工厂的工人代表举行会议，列出事实和数据，以确定哪些地方可以进一步裁员，哪些车型将在哪个工厂生产。
一位工会发言人表示，关于加薪的谈判将单独进行，下一轮正式谈判将于10月30日举行。
尽管如此，工会仍然表示，这三个议题——节流、生产计划和工资——必须作为一个整体来讨论，在所有方面都找到解决方案之前，他们拒绝在一个问题上妥协。
德国最大工会IG Metall还必须为大众核心品牌在德国的13万名员工谈判新的劳动合同，此前该集团终止了自上世纪90年代中期以来保障其在德国西部6家工厂就业的协议。
工会委员会副主席于尔根·马恩科普夫(Juergen Mahnkopf)表示，如果公司违背工会的意愿单方面决定关闭工厂，工会将“瘫痪”公司，并威胁要“在各个方面和各个层面进行大规模抵抗”。
大众汽车内部的紧张情绪正在加剧，因为工厂关闭的威胁将使该公司与工人代表发生冲突。这将是该公司在德国的首次工厂关闭，工人代表占监事会的一半，可以影响公司的战略决策。
