消息面上，广州市拟立法推动数据要素纳入GDP核算。《广州市数据条例》指出，市人民政府应当按照国家有关规定建立数据资源持有权、数据加工使用权、数据产品经营权等分置的数据产权运行机制。市统计部门应当推动数据要素纳入国民经济和社会发展的统计核算体系。
此外，近期数据要素相关政策和标准密集发布。10日，国新办举行新闻发布会介绍公共数据资源开发利用有关情况，加快释放公共数据的要素价值。值得一提的是，证监会科技监管司、中证技术公司、中证数据公司将于10月21日上午承办金融科技大会中的资本市场金融科技论坛，主题为“‘数据要素+AI’双轮驱动资本市场高质量数字化转型”。
