【楼市政策“组合拳”公布 还有哪些重磅措施待落地？】金十数据10月17日讯，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，住房城乡建设部部长倪虹介绍了近期的楼市政策组合拳，他总结为“四个取消、四个降低、两个增加”。上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进指出，此举不仅有助于推进住房改善工作，改变城市面貌，对于房地产投资的拉动作用也十分明显。广东省城乡规划院住房政策研究中心首席研究员李宇嘉也指出，城中村改造中，之前一直强调要实物安置。此次提出100万套的货币化安置目标，是导向上的重要变化。货币安置即被拆迁户拿着货币或房票，到市场上选房，既有利于推进城中村改造，也有利于消化库存。在此前的楼市增长周期中，大规模棚户区改造对投资和需求端的刺激作用十分明显。分析人士指出，虽然此轮城中村和城市危旧房改造的范围和规模相对不大，但在投资和需求增长相对乏力的情况下，其作用仍然值得期待，相关的落地政策也值得关注。
