据华尔街日报(WSJ)报导，阿里巴巴控股在东南亚的电子商务平台来赞达(Lazada)正在加速对生成式人工智能$(AI)$的投资，以在利润率扩张机会有限的竞争激烈市场中重新巩固地位。
报导指出，曾经在该地区享有近乎垄断地位的来赞达正在利用生成式AI技术对其购物网站进行彻底改革，以赢得更多元化的用户。该公司将提供个人化的购物推荐，并透过AI代理(AI agent)为购物者提供售后服务。
