智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普跌，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌13.96%，报2.65港元；富力地产(02777)跌8.04%，报1.83港元；万科企业(02202)跌7.52%，报7.38港元；新城发展(01030)跌4.07%，报2.36港元。
消息面上，融创中国公告，以每股2.465港元的价格配售股份，配售价较前一交易日收盘价折让约20%，认购事项所得款项总额约为12.05亿港元。建银国际此前曾表示，地产估值重估会先一步发生并将持续更长时间，但提醒投资者关注获利回吐和股权融资活动带来的风险。
此外，国务院新闻办公室定于10月17日上午10时举行新闻发布会，住房城乡建设部部长倪虹和财政部、自然资源部、中国人民银行、国家金融监督管理总局负责人介绍促进房地产市场平稳健康发展有关情况。中信证券认为，后续政策将重点关注地产如何“止跌回稳”。在具体措施上，除地方专项债、特别国债等财政工具外，期待类PSL等更多增量工具的出台，为地产市场注入增量资金。
