美国无线电话的股票在宣布向Verizon出售大量频谱资产后大幅上涨。截至周五收盘，美国无线电话股价收涨7.22%，报62.95美元。今年以来，该公司的股价已累计上涨约55%。
公司在周五表示，将以总价10亿美元向Verizon出售部分频谱许可证。此外，公司还与另外两家移动网络运营商达成协议，出售其他频谱许可证。
美国无线电话首席执行官Laurent Therivel在周五的声明中表示：“我们很高兴剩余部分许可证的价值将得到充分实现，更重要的是，这些与多家移动网络运营商达成的协议确保了这些频谱将为全美消费者提供服务。”他还补充道：“我们将继续抓住机会变现今天公告中未包含的剩余频谱资产。”
这些交易是公司在今年5月制定的目标之一，旨在将未包含在拟向T-Mobile(TMUS.US)出售计划中的频谱变现。据公司表示，这些交易的完成还依赖于与T-Mobile交易的完成。
T-Mobile曾在5月宣布，将支付约24亿美元现金并承担约20亿美元的债务，以收购美国无线电话大部分无线运营业务以及约30%的频谱资产，涵盖多个频段。该交易预计将在2025年中期完成。
