智通财经APP讯，中原建业(09982)发布公告，于2024年10月15日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，其中载有公司股份于联交所恢复买卖的额外复牌指引(见下文(e)段)(连同首份复牌指引，统称为复牌指引)。因此，于本公告日期的复牌指引详情如下：
(a)根据上市规则的规定刊发所有尚未刊发的财务业绩，并解决任何审计修订;
(b)证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条;
(c)重新遵守上市规则第13.92条;
(d)告知市场所有重要资料，以便股东及投资者评估公司状况;及
(e)重新遵守上市规则第3.10(1)、3.10A、3.21、3.25及3.27A条。
公司须补救导致其暂停买卖的实质性问题，并全面遵守上市规则，令联交所信纳后，其证券方可获准恢复买卖。为此，公司主要负责制定其复牌行动计划。联交所亦表示，其可能于适当时修改或补充复牌指引及/或给予进一步指引。
公司正采取适当步骤遵守复牌指引，并将寻求尽快于联交所恢复股份买卖。
