智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)公布，公司全资附属公司河北建投新能源于2024年10月18日与汇海公司订立股权转让合同，据此河北建投新能源向汇海公司转让尚义新天20%的股权，对价约人民币1.276亿元。股权转让完成后，河北建投新能源和汇海公司将分别持有尚义新天80%和20%的股权，尚义新天将仍为该公司的附属公司。
尚义新天于2011年3月于中国成立，主要投资建设运营大东山风力发电场。公司基于实际经营情况和整体发展需要角度考虑作出股权转让的决定。近年来公司风电开发业务增长迅速，陆续在省内多地取得新能源建设指标，未来资金需求较大。本次股权转让有利于缓解资金压力、丰富资金配置手段，在后续共同项目投资活动中形成更大资金合力以撬动更多优质资源，进一步提高公司项目开发与建设能力。
