Landsea Green Management (HKG:0106) has agreed to receive green architecture services from Shanghai Landsea Green Architectural between Oct. 16, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2026, a Thursday bourse filing said.
Shanghai Landsea Green Architectural is owned by Tian Ming, chairman and executive director of Landsea Green Management.
The services include architectural design and consultancy services and services related to the customization of technology system equipment, system debugging, and intelligent debugging among others.
Shares of the company closed nearly 10% lower on Thursday.
