智通财经APP讯，人瑞人才(06919)公布，于2024年10月18日，公司的间接全资附属人瑞人才科技集团有限公司拟向起航云天及江南金融各自购买领时云天26%及5%权益，代价分别为人民币650万元及125万元;及人瑞人才科技集团有限公司拟向起航云天购买上海领时31%权益，代价为人民币125万元。
于进一步收购事项完成后，买方于领时云天及上海领时持有的权益将分别自 59% 增至90%，而领时云天及上海领时仍将为该公司的非全资附属公司。
据悉，领时云天及上海领时均主要从事于中国向当地商业银行提供综合灵活用工服务。
基于目标集团自2021年收购事项以来的财务状况及经营业绩，集团看好目标集团的业务前景及其对集团的战略意义。透过进一步收购事项，公司将能够进一步控制目标集团的管理及经营并进一步将目标集团产生的溢利合并入该集团账目，利于将目标集团的业务及财务业绩与集团的业务及财务业绩合并。
