消息面上，中国中药日前发布公告披露私有化最新进程。公告称，由于目前预计在先决条件最后截止日期，即2024年10月18日或之前，不太可能获得尚未获得的境外直接投资批准，要约人和控股股东目前正在寻求投资者集团同意以延长先决条件最后截止日期，但目前仍不确定能否获得投资者集团的该等同意。据悉，今年2月，中国中药发布公告称，国药集团拟以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化。
