夜盘异动 | Lucid夜盘跌近12%，宣布增发数亿股股票
10月17日，电动汽车制造商Lucid Group宣布将向市场公开发行2.625亿股股票。与此同时，沙特主权财富基金PIF和Ayar(PIF的关联公司Ayar Third Investment Company)将在非公开配售中认购3.75亿股，预计Ayar的持股比例将维持在58.8%左右。
受此消息影响，Lucid夜盘大跌近12%。
美国银行证券是此次公开发行的唯一承销商。这家电动汽车制造商还打算授予该行30天的期权，以额外购买Lucid近3,937万股普通股。
Lucid表示，该公司打算将此次公开发行以及大股东定向增发的净收益“用于一般企业用途，其中可能包括资本支出和营运资金”。
今年8月，Lucid表示，PIF已同意向该公司提供15亿美元现金，这是这家电动汽车制造商今年第二次获得急需的资金。
Lucid初步估算三季度营收1.99亿-2.00亿美元，分析师预期1.964亿美元。三季度车辆产量1,805台，车辆交付2,781台（分析师预期2,334台）。三季度运营亏损76.5万-7.90万美元。
