路透10月17日 - 资金紧张的电动汽车制造商Lucid 周四表示，公开发售超过2.62亿股股票可能会为该公司带来16.7亿美元的收益。
出售股票的消息以及该公司最新发出的第三季度亏损超过预期的警告，使这家豪华电动轿车制造商的股价在盘前交易中下跌超过17%。
根据LSEG汇编的数据，Lucid预计截至9月30日的第三季度运营亏损在7.65亿美元至7.9亿美元之间，而分析师预计为7.517亿美元。
该公司还与沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金（Public Investment Fund）的关联公司、公司最大股东 Ayar Third Investment 签署了一项协议，以私募方式出售近 3.75 亿股股票。
