Landsea Green Management (HKG:0106) has extended the expiry date to obtain consent from holders of 10.75% senior notes maturing in 2024 to amend key terms and waive some conditions to Oct. 22, a Friday bourse filing said.
The firm wishes to amend the terms as it may miss interest payments and upcoming debt maturities due to financial hurdles.
The consent solicitation process began on Sept. 30.
Shares of the property manager closed over 14% higher on Friday.
