智通财经APP获悉，煤炭股普遍上扬，截至发稿，兖煤澳大利亚(03668)涨5.19%，报32.45港元；南南资源(01229)涨2.94%，报0.175港元；兖矿能源(01171)涨2.14%，报10.48港元；中国神华(01088)涨1.17%，报34.55港元。
消息面上，中国人民银行即日起正式启动证券、基金、保险公司互换便利（SFISF）操作。目前获准参与的互换便利操作的证券、基金公司有20家，首批申请额度已超2000亿元。此外，中国人民银行正式推出股票回购增持再贷款，首期额度3000亿元，利率1.75%，期限1年。
方正证券指出，SFISF作为结构性货币政策工具，资金只能投向股票市场“以券换券”，不会增加基础货币，有助于释放流动性。其中所质押股票为流动性较差股票，对于煤炭板块来说，对优质红利资产做增持，抵押“高股息”红利证券，换取高流动性资产，提高股市活力。另外，煤炭板块股息普遍较高，部分企业目前仍有8%-9%股息率，对于企业而言2.25%利率普遍低于股息率，大股东及上市公司有动力推动回购增持，从而推高股价，实现煤炭板块价值重估。
