消息面上，10月17日，欧康维视生物-B宣布，经2024年第一次临时股东大会审议通过，公司与全球眼健康领域的引领者Alcon Inc.(简称“爱尔康”)成功完成了股权与产品交割。根据协议，欧康维视从爱尔康获得了8款产品组合在中国的研发、制造和商业化领域的相关权益。
有业内人士指出，此次交割的顺利完成，不仅丰富了欧康维视的产品管线，更显著增厚了公司在干眼等眼科重要细分领域的产品布局。通过收购这些产品，欧康维视预计将能够提供更全面和先进的治疗方案，进一步满足患者需求并扩大市场份额。
