智通财经APP获悉，中国汽车内饰(00048)自2024年4月2日起停牌，今早复牌后快速冲高，早盘飙升逾110%。截至发稿，涨111.64%，报0.4港元，成交额85.25万港元。
消息面上，中国汽车内饰发布公告称，董事会认为公司已达成复牌指引的所有规定，包括解决导致不发表意见声明的问题，提供无需再作出不发表意见声明的保证， 并披露足够的资料，使投资者能够根据上市规则第13.50A条之规定在知情的情况下对其财务状况进行评估。今年上半年，中国汽车内饰实现收入人民币4945.6万元，同比减少17.22%；股东应占亏损1602.4万元，同比扩大1324.36%。
