消息面上，据报道，当地时间10月16日，第23届国际妇科肿瘤协会全球年会(IGCS)在爱尔兰都柏林启幕，荣昌生物维迪西妥单抗一项联合卡度尼利单抗治疗复发性或转移性宫颈癌的“爱卡”方案(AK001)II期临床研究结果首次公布。“爱卡”方案由中山大学肿瘤防治中心郑敏教授牵头开展，是全球首个HER2-ADC联合免疫双抗治疗宫颈癌的临床试验。
据悉，维迪西妥单抗是荣昌生物自主研发的抗体偶联药物，通过靶向HER2的抗体将细胞毒性药物递送至肿瘤细胞内部，实现对癌细胞的精准打击。卡度尼利单抗是一种靶向PD-1/CTLA-4的双特异性抗体，能够同时阻断这两个重要的免疫抑制通路，进而增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应。
