　　1、我们已向公安机关报案，警方已立案侦查。飞鹤将保留对相关责任人追究发布、转载上述侵权失实内容法律贵任的权利。

　　2、飞鹤与国内外多家高校与科研机构合作，汇聚全球领先研发资源，旨在更好地服务中国宝宝。与日本协和发酵的合作仅为技术交流，不涉及原料进口及配方使用。
