鼎丰集团汽车(06878.HK) 公布，有关债务偿还安排计划之最新情况，公司于周三(16日)向高等法院提出申请，要求召开新的债务安排会议，以供债务安排债权人考虑并酌情批准经修订债务安排，有关经修订建议债务安排的指示聆讯定于12月13日召开。
债务安排的经修订主要条款包括为偿还公司结欠债务安排债权人的未偿还债务(不包括债务安排项下除外申索)而发行的普通债券；Differ Security Group旗下公司提供的Differ Security Group旗下公司股份押记及抵押承诺应作为公司于债券项下责任的担保，以替代个人担保。
债务安排债权人的债务应由公司通过发行债券结算，债券的本金额相当于应付相关债务安排债权人未偿债务的100%，年利率2%。应计利息于相应到期日连同未偿还本金一次性支付。
此外，公司应向债务安排公司抵押Differ Security Group各公司的所有已发行股份，以担保公司于债务安排项下的还款责任。(jl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
