智通财经APP讯，招商局中国基金(00133)发布公告，于2024年10月18日，公司与招商局中国投资管理订立新管理协议，内容有关建议重新委任招商局中国投资管理于管理期内为公司投资经理。为了更加贴近市场情况，及在维持现有费用结构的同时能提供竞争力，公司和招商局中国投资管理经协商并同意将各分项管理费均调减25个基点。除上述调减外，新管理协议的条款在所有重大方面均与于2021年获独立股东批准的现有管理协议的条款相同。
