智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园服务(06098)午后跌超4%，截至发稿，跌3.87%，报5.72港元，成交额2.42亿港元。
消息面上，9月25日，碧桂园服务发布公告，出售珠海万达1.49%股权，对价约为人民币31.4亿元(股份于2021年7月购入，初始购买价为26.8亿元），出售完成后，碧桂园服务仍持有珠海万达0.31%的股份。近日有媒体报道称，从接近交易的知情人士处获悉，万达已经向碧桂园服务支付31.42亿元的股权转让款。
光大证券发布研报指出，截至2024年6月30日，公司贸易应收款总额约220亿元(其中关联方29亿元，已计提减值21.5亿元，关联方应收款总额及减值拨备均较2023年末小幅减少)，公司上半年经营现金流2.7亿元，较去年同期(21.9亿元下降87.7%，主要由于净利润下滑、收缴率下降导致应收账款增加等，公司已成立追讨欠款委员会，对逾期应收账款采取以资抵债、诉讼/仲裁等措施，后续回款情况有待观察。
