China Automotive Interior Decoration (HKG:0048) applied for the resumption of trading in its shares from Friday to the Stock Exchange after fulfilling the requirements of the resumption guidance, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The trading in the company's shares was suspended on April 2 following certain issues regarding the missing audit documents for an acquired company, Loyal Brands International, loss of control over it, and later, the retirement of its chairman resulting in non-compliance of certain rules.
The investment holding company disposed of Loyal Brands International, took measures to overcome internal control deficiencies, replaced required directors, and has kept its shareholders informed of every relevant information of the company's operation during this period, the filing said.
