智通财经APP讯，中国外运(00598)公布，公司于 2024 年 10 月 14 日在上海证券交易所网站(www.sse.com.cn)披露了《关于控股股东增持公司股份计划的公告》，公司控股股东中国外运长航集团有限公司(以下简称：外运长航)拟于该公告披露之日起 6 个月内，通过上海证券交易所允许的方式(包括但不限于集中竞价交易、大宗交易等)增持公司 A 股股份;本次增持计划的总金额不低于 2.5 亿元人民币(含)，但不高于 5 亿元人民币(含);本次增持计划的价格上限为不超过 7.43 元/股。
2024 年 10 月 18 日，公司收到外运长航《关于增持中国外运股份有限公司股份资金来源的告知函》。为响应党中央、国务院决策部署，根据《中国人民银行、金融监管总局、中国证监会关于设立股票回购增持再贷款有关事宜的通知》，外运长航与招商银行股份有限公司北京分行(以下简称：招商银行)签署了《合作协议》，招商银行拟为外运长航提供增持上市公司股票的融资支持，贷款额度不超过人民币 3 亿元，专项用于集中竞价交易方式增持中国外运 A 股股票。因此，本次增持计划的资金来源为外运长航自有或自筹资金。
