智通财经APP讯，美兰空港(00357)公布，于2024年10月19日，该公司与独立第三方新加坡樟宜机场(中国)有限公司(樟宜中国)订立合营公司合约以于海南成立合营公司。合营公司由该公司及樟宜中国分别持有51%及49%。
合营公司旨在于海口美兰国际机场独家营运及管理若干特定非航空业务(其中包括零售、餐饮、休闲、广告及嘉宾服务等)。就此，该公司将进一步与合营公司订立特许经营协议，有关协议将载列(其中包括)特许经营范围、特许经营费用、指定业务、人员及相关资产的交接以及公司及合营公司的其他权利与义务。
公告称，樟宜中国为Changi Airports International Pte.Ltd.(CAI)的全资附属公司。预期透过成立合营公司，樟宜中国将可凭借CAI及其于各方面(其中包括招商管理、品牌引进及机场规划等)的优势为美兰机场的商业营运赋能。依托樟宜中国及CAI于机场商业营运的经验及专业能力，本合作将推动美兰机场的商业营运至一个新台阶，打造展现海南自贸港窗口形象的一站式商业消费中心，达到互利共赢的成果。
