Bruker (BRKR) said Thursday that a European Unified Patent Court ruling invalidates a European patent asserted by 10x Genomics against its NanoString Technologies unit's CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager products in Europe.
Bruker said Thursday's ruling follows a decision by the German Federal Patent Court in May that declared 10x Genomics' patent invalid and revoked it in the country. 10x Genomics is appealing that ruling.
10x Genomics did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
