　　10月20日，2024金融街论坛年会举行，在以“塑造国际金融中心的未来”为主题的平行论坛上， 恒生银行执行董事兼行政总裁施颖茵出席会议并发表主旨演讲。

　　施颖茵表示，香港成为金融中心有三个重要的驱动力。

　　第一驱动力是香港有非常透明和开放的市场。这进一步由强劲和成熟的法制和法律服务架构所引导，我们可以信任金融体系的高贵性，这也是经济发展的核心驱动因素。

　　第二点就是卓越的战略位置。香港是中国大陆的门户，我们也建立了和西方市场的有利枢纽，比如欧洲，美国还有世界的其他国家。只有我们和全球亚太区的主要城市的平均飞行时间只有四个小时，这也是为什么投资者愿意选择香港作为投资目的地。

　　第三是香港培养了世界级的人才。像香港这样的小的城市就有11所大学，其中5所大学是在全球排名当中排名前100。香港是双语教学，同时在教学中也培养了企业家精神，来更好的适应亚洲和欧洲的市场。
