消息面上，日前关于四川大规模拆迁及产业转移的传闻引发市场热议。有网友声称自己家因拆迁获得巨额补偿，对此，成都市住房和城乡建设局工作人员对媒体表示，这个事情全是谣言，没有一个是真的；成都房小团则就“成都拆迁地图”发布澄清说明：拆迁地图涉及的相关拆迁项目均来自于市场公开数据，且均为一年内或更长时期内陆续公布的，并非近期集中产生。
另外，关于近期网传的四川2.15万亿元投资，其实源于今年4月份的旧闻。今年4月，四川省发布了《2024年四川省加快前期工作重点项目名单》，其中列出330个拟定重大项目，预计总投资达2.15万亿元。值得关注的是，9月27日，国务院批复了《成都市国土空间总体规划(2021—2035年)》。10月12日，成都市政府新闻办举办了相关新闻发布会对上述规划进行了解读。
