智通财经APP获悉，AMC概念股早盘回暖，截至发稿，中国信达(01359)涨6.14%，报1.21港元；中信金融资产(02799)涨3.51%，报0.59港元。
消息面上，国新办新闻发布会上公布一揽子增量财政政策，释放偏积极信号。国金证券研报指出，化债的优先级较高，AMC公司最直接受益。
此外，中国信达、中国东方和中国长城三大AMC的股权划转工作又有新进展。据报道，近日关于中投对三家AMC股权划转工作的相关前期尽调已告一段落，受委派参与工作的律所和会计师事务所已基本完成驻场工作。国海证券指出，四大AMC之一的华融被中信集团收购之后，已经完成了初步的脱胎换骨，业务模型持续转型，为其他三大AMC信达、东方及长城（划转至中投旗下）后续的转型发展提供了范本。
