Chatham Rock Phosphate (NZE:CRP) is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of up to 6.3 million shares at CA$0.08 per share for gross proceeds of CA$500,000, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Proceeds will fund the development of the Korella North phosphate mine, permitting at the Avenir Makatea onshore phosphate project, and general working capital, the filing stated.
