消息面上，中国海外宏洋集团公布，截至2024年9月30日止9个月，集团收入约为269.55亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下跌31.0%，而经营溢利约为14.50亿元，同比下跌66.2%。集团于2024年第三季度的收入及经营溢利分别约为51.03亿元及1.31亿元。
截至2024年9月30日止9个月，总累计合约销售额合共约为264.06亿元，涉及面积约为232.77万平方米，同比分别下跌23.3%及18.7%。另外，于2024年9月30日，累计认购而有待签订买卖合同总额约为9.36亿元，涉及面积约为6.75万平方米。
