智通财经APP获悉，中远海发(02866)早盘涨近6%，截至发稿，涨4.95%，报1.06港元，成交额3955.93万港元。
消息面上，中远海发公告，公司拟定回购股份方案，本次回购A股股份的数量总额为4,000万股至8,000万股，以本次回购价格上限3.59元/股测算，本次回购金额预计为人民币1.44亿元-2.88亿元。据悉，中国银行上海分行10月18日向公司出具《贷款承诺函》，同意为公司回购A股股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额最高不超过2.872亿元，承诺函有效期自签发之日起一年。除上述贷款外，此次A股股份回购的其余资金为公司自有资金。
此外，中远海发公布，于2024年10月18日，董事会同意佛罗伦iFlorens数字化运营平台四期项目立项并开工。该项目将由中远海运科技股份有限公司负责具体实施。
