　　克莉丝汀（01210）发布公告，公司接获香港联交所日期为2024年10月14日的函件，表示因本公司未能满足所有的复牌指引，香港联交所上市委员会（上市委员会）已决定根据上市规则第6.01A（1）条取消本公司的上市地位（除牌决定）。

　　根据上市规则第2B 章，本公司有权于除牌决定作出日期起计七个营业日内（即不迟于2024年10月23日）要求香港联交所上市复核委员会（上市复核委员会）复核除牌决定（复核）。倘本公司决定不申请复核，则本公司股份上市的最后一日将为2024年10月28日，股份的上市地位将于2024年10月29日上午九时正取消。
