消息面上，GHW International近日被香港证监会点名股权高度集中。查讯结果显示，该公司于2024年9月27日，有17名股东合共持有1.74亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司的已发行股本的 17.40%。有关股权连同由三名主要股东合共持有的8.04亿股(占已发行股本的 80.43%)，相当于该公司发行股本的97.83%。因此，该公司只有2165.35万股(占已发行股本的2.17%)由其他股东持有。
值得注意的是，GHW在今年3月底时股价仅0.61港元，截至今年9月27日，该股股价收涨5港元，期间涨幅高达7.2倍。据悉，该公司是一家应用化学中间体综合服务商，面向全球客户提供全面而具有广泛应用的产品组合服务。专注于 “动物营养化学品、聚氨酯、精细化学品、医药产品及中间体”四个板块。
