【郑州新增房贷利率已降至3%】金十数据10月24日讯，10月24日，记者以购房者身份咨询多家银行及房产中介了解到，随着10月21日最新5年期以上LPR降至3.6%，郑州地区新增房贷利率基本已降至3%（包含首套房和二套房）。“目前郑州地区的首套房和二套房的房贷利率均执行LPR-60BP，也就是3%。”工商银行郑州某支行个贷经理称。民生银行郑州某支行个贷经理表示，最新的5年期LPR下调至3.6%，该行新发放房贷利率也随之进行调整，目前按照3%执行。记者从郑州银行、中原银行个贷经理了解到，新发放房贷利率均已降至3%。
