金吾财讯 | 中国海外宏洋集团(00081)公布，截至2024年9月30日止九个月，集团收入约为人民币269.55亿元，相比去年同期下跌31.0%，而经营溢利约为人民币14.50亿元，相比去年同期下跌66.2%。集团于2024年第三季度的收入及经营溢利分别约为人民币51.03亿元及人民币1.31亿元。于2024年第三季度，集团及本集团之联营公司及合营公司（统称“中海宏洋系列公司”）的整体合约销售额共约达人民币73.89亿元，涉及销售面积约为671,500平方米。截至2024年9月30日止九个月，总累计合约销售额合共约为人民币264.06亿元，涉及面积约为2,327,700平方米，相比去年同期分别下跌23.3%及18.7%。另外，于2024年9月30日，累计认购而有待签订买卖合同总额约为人民币9.36亿元，涉及面积约为67,500平方米。
