10月22日，中金基金发布高级管理人员变更公告，新任赖小鹏为副总经理，任职日期2024年10月21日。

　　赖小鹏，管理学硕士。历任天弘基金管理有限公司、南方基金管理股份有限公 司、工银瑞信基金管理有限公司销售经理， 民生加银基金管理有限公司机构二部副总监、总监、公司总经理助理及上海分公司负责人。

　　中金基金于2014年成立，成立至今由中国国际金融股份有限公司全资持股。截止2024年三季度末，资产规模1，631.2亿元。
