智通财经APP获悉，周一，电影和电视工作室Alcon Entertainment起诉特斯拉(TSLA.US)和华纳兄弟探索频道(WBD.US)，指控他们使用电影《银翼杀手2049》的相关图像来宣传特斯拉的新型自动驾驶出租车cybercab。
Alcon在加州提起联邦诉讼，指控其违反了美国版权法，并指控特斯拉“虚假宣传”，因为特斯拉暗示Alcon与埃隆·马斯克旗下的电动汽车制造商之间存在关系。
据悉，华纳兄弟是《银翼杀手2049》的发行方，该片在2018年获得两项奥斯卡奖。
Alcon表示，它已经拒绝了华纳兄弟要求在特斯拉10月10日的自动驾驶出租车发布会上使用其图像的请求。Alcon在诉讼中称，特斯拉随后在其发布会上使用人工智能(AI)制作的与电影内容相似的图片。
Alcon在声明中表示，被告的“行为可能会让Alcon的《银翼杀手》品牌合作客户感到困惑。”
诉讼没有提到具体的损害赔偿，但称Alcon花费了数亿美元打造《银翼杀手2049》品牌，并表示“涉及的财务规模相当大”。
