智通财经APP获悉，京信通信(02342)午后跌超5%，截至发稿，跌3.48%，报1.11港元，成交额755.34万港元。
消息面上，京信通信发布公告，鉴于国内IPO环境及资本市场发生重大变化等因素影响，导致京信网络无法在可预见时间内完成A股上市及经考虑宏观经济及市场环境的最新发展情况，董事会已决定终止建议分拆及于中国上海证券交易所科创板的建议A股上市。
鉴于终止，董事会宣布于本公告日期，京信广州已与该等G类有限合伙人及该等非G类有限合伙人各自订立协议，以回购彼等持有的奖励股份。于所有回购完成后，公司于京信网络的股权将由约78.7%增加至约89.3%，而京信网络将仍继续为公司的间接非全资附属公司。
