智通财经APP获悉，东岳集团(00189)午后跌超8%，截至发稿，跌7.39%，报6.27港元，成交额1.56亿港元。
消息面上，2025年二代与三代制冷剂配额总量设定与分配方案公布。根据方案内容，25年二代制冷剂配额方案维持此前意见稿内容，R22生产和内用配额较24年削减3.28和3.10万吨，幅度分别为18%和28%；25年三代制冷剂除R41生产配额较此前意见稿增加30吨外，其余品种方案未变，其中R32增发4.5万吨配额，累计调增量不超过10%。
东海证券指出，目前二代制冷剂R22主要用于维修市场，存量需求比较稳定，R22配额的削减有望推动价格持续上涨。三代制冷剂方面，受到今年家用空调需求的推动，R32社会库存减少，价格快速上行，内用配额虽已增发35000吨，目前看对价格没有产生过多影响，因此我们认为，2025年度增发配额对R32的价格也将不会产生负面影响，三代制冷剂景气有望延续，相关制冷剂生产厂家有望持续获益。
