康圣环球回购25.5万股 总支付33.4万港元
财中社10月22日电康圣环球（09960）发布公告，显示公司于2024年10月21日回购了25.5万股普通股，回购价格在1.29-1.33港元，总支付金额为33.4万港元。此次回购后，公司的已发行股份总数减少至9.7亿股，库存股份增加至641万股。
根据公告，康圣环球的回购股份授权于2024年6月5日获得批准，授权回购的股份总数为9871万股。至今，公司已根据该授权回购了656万股，约占授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.6648%。此外，康圣环球在完成此次回购后，计划于2024年11月21日之前不进行任何新股发行或库存股份出售。
